About modification of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 20, 2019 No. 107

Make change to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 20, 2019 No. 107 "About implementation of the state external borrowings in 2019 by attraction of the credit" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 18, of the Art. 620), having added with its Item 3-1 of the following content:
"3-1. According to part one of Article 16 of the Budget code of Ukraine to charge to the Minister of Finance or the person who fulfills its duties, in case of need to make changes to the credit agreement specified in Item 3 of this resolution which will not have influence on the Main conditions approved by this resolution and to sign other documents connected with attraction of the credit.".
