About introduction of amendments to the Law on temporary disability benefits and other benefits of social insurance No. 289/2004

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on temporary disability benefits and other benefits of social insurance No. 289/2004 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 168-170, 773), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Part (4/1) of Article 2 to state in the following edition:

"(4/1) the Right of insured person to the benefits provided by Items a), b), d) and g) parts (1) Article 5 and Item and) parts (1) Articles 15, it is established if this person lost the insured income at all companies where it works, for the entire period of medical leave.".

2. In Article 4:
