The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the basic standard rate of assignment of the profit share directed to dividend payout by results of financial and economic activities in 2018 (further - the basic standard rate) economic societies in which authorized capital there are corporate laws of the state and also economic societies, 50 and more percent of shares (shares) of which belong to economic societies, the share of the state in which constitutes 100 percent, including affiliated enterprises (further - subjects of managing), which in the amount of 90 percent.

The paragraph two is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 04.12.2019 No. 1015.

For "Government Savings Bank of Ukraine" public joint stock company to approve the basic standard rate in the amount of 30 percent.

To provide to subjects of management of corporate laws of the state together with subjects of managing payment in the government budget of dividends for the state share by results of financial and economic activities in 2018 in the amount of determined by paragraph one of this Item.

2. To the Ministry of economic development and trade:

bring the basic standard rate to subjects of management of corporate laws of the state;

provide explanations concerning application of the basic standard rate.

3. To subjects of management of corporate laws of the state in case of nonpayment till July 1, 2019 by the subject of managing of dividends in the government budget by results of its financial and economic activities in 2018 to take measures to contract cancelation with the head of such subject of managing.
