1. The paragraph third Item 1 of the Section II of the Procedure for conducting checks by Public service of financial monitoring of Ukraine of subjects of primary financial monitoring approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of April 14, 2015 No. 436, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 05, 2015 for No. 492/26937 (with changes) to state in the following edition:

"The list of SPFM which join in the plan of checks is determined by Gosfinmonitoring on the basis risk - the oriented approach, including by results of the risks assessment of subjects of primary financial monitoring which is carried out by Gosfinmonitoring for the purpose of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, financings of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction.".
