About payment for issue and renewal by the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power, licenses for implementation of certain types of business activity

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Determine that the amount of payment for issue by the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power licenses for implementation of certain types of business activity develops from one-time payment which is determined according to appendix, and the current payment.

The current payment is established proceeding from approved as the Chairman of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power of cost budget of the Commission per 1 megawatt of the installed capacity, 1 million kilowatt hours developed, transferred and delivered to electrical energy, 1 Gcal/hour of the established thermal power, 1000 Gcal of the made heat energy taking into account means which arrive from one-time payment for issue of licenses, technical assistance from the international organizations and other sources and paid according to conditions and rules of implementation of certain types of business activity which licensing is within the competence of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power.

The payment for issue of licenses is brought in hryvnias and enlisted in the government budget.

2. In case of timely provision by the subject of business activity of the statement for renewal of the license (for ten days from the date of state registration of change of the location, the name of the legal entity or change of the data specified in the license granted to the entrepreneur citizen) the payment in the amount of 2 percent of one-time payment which is enlisted in the government budget is collected from it.
