About modification of the Regulations on customs declarations

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on customs declarations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2012 No. 450 "The questions connected using customs declarations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 40, the Art. 1545, No. 91, Art. 3674; 2017, No. 12, the Art. 335, No. 84, the Art. 2567), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to Regulations on customs declarations

1. To add Item 26 after the paragraph of the sixth with new paragraphs of such content:

"In case places of customs control of the goods imported by pipeline transport or power lines, including for the purpose of transit through customs area of Ukraine, located in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine or movement to temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine of goods by pipeline transport or power lines it is performed from the territory of the adjacent state in which metering devices are located, execution of the additional declarations on goods quantity moved on the territory under control to the Ukrainian power is performed without provision of delivery-acceptance certificates and based on the reference provided by carrier, confirming quantity of such goods.
