About the State award of the world and progress of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasa

Article 1

1. This Law according to article 2 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 20, 2000 "About the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasa", in commemoration of special merits of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasa before the Fatherland, establishes the State award of the world and progress of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasa (further - the State award).

2. The state award is awarded annually by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, foreigners:

for development of democracy and social progress;

for the vigorous activity directed to strengthening of the world and friendship, mutual trust between the people, equality and equal security in the interstate relations;

for special contribution to approval of public, interethnic and interfaith concord, strengthening of unity of the multinational people of the Republic;

for the deep publicistic works creating respect for culture and historical traditions of the nations and nationalities of Kazakhstan.

3. The state award can be awarded to the domestic, international and foreign organizations.

Article 2

1. To persons awarded the State award the rank "The Winner of the State Award of the World and Progress of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan — Elbasa" is given, the diploma, the breastplate, the certificate and the monetary reward are handed.

2. The state award is handed in a festive atmosphere by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
