About modification of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2010 No. 1172 "About approval of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the organization of functioning of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 14, Art. 1916; No. 42, Art. 5919; 2012, No. 20, Art. 2539; 2014, No. 35, Art. 4769; 2015, No. 2, Art. 477; No. 36, Art. 5034; No. 45, Art. 6256; 2017, No. 1, Art. 178; 2019, No. 5, Art. 389).

Changes which are made to Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity

1. To add paragraph two of Item 114 with the offer of the following content: "Concerning the generating objects using coal as main type of fuel located in the first price zone of the wholesale market, the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation also may contain specifying on need of continuation of operation of the generating object for forming of rational fuel and energy balance according to the Energy strategy of Russia for the period till 2030 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 13, 2009 No. 1715-r.".
