Due to the unsuccessful epidemic situation connected with spread of measles to permit the Ministry of Health with involvement of the specialized organizations conducting procurement, to conduct procurement of vaccine for prevention of measles, parotitis and rubella through remaining balance of the means formed on accounts of the specialized organizations conducting procurement in the directions of use of budgetary funds according to the budget program 2301400 "Providing medical actions of separate state programs and complex actions of program nature" on the amount which is not exceeding equivalent of the 209th 461, of 172 thousand hryvnias of remaining balance of the means formed in 2016, and the 66th 800, by 765 thousand hryvnias of remaining balance of the means formed in 2017 by the conclusion of supplementary agreements (contracts) with the specified specialized organizations.
