In pursuance of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 10, 2004 to N572-r "About powers of bodies for creation of the list and establishment of procedure for determination of the amount of normative losses and production and technological expenses of oil, natural gas and gas condensate in case of their production, preparation for transportation and transportation, and also determinations of average market prices of oil, natural gas and gas condensate" and item 4 of the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of September 30, 2004 of N604 "About Approval of the List of Normative Losses and Production and Technological Expenses of Oil, Natural Gas and Gas Condensate in case of Their Production, Preparation for Transportation and Transportation and the Procedure for Determination of Their Sizes" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 6, 2005 for N14/10294, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for accounting of normative losses and production and technological expenses of oil, natural gas and gas condensate in case of their production, preparation for transportation and transportation (further - the Procedure).
2. Extend action of the Procedure to all subjects of managing who perform in the territory of Ukraine oil extraction, natural gas and gas condensate.
3. - to the chairman of the board of the National Joint Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine Ivchenko O. G. to provide to the First Deputy Minister provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
