About introduction of amendments to the Law on the mode of military burials and military and memorial objects No. 161/2017

Single Article. - In the Law on the mode of military burials and military and memorial objects No. 161/2017 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 335-339, 576), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In all text of the law of the word "National Bureau of Military Memory" and "National Bureau" shall be replaced with words "competent authority of military memory" in the corresponding case.
2. To add article 2 after the prolog with the following concept:
"competent authority of military memory - the structure responsible for realization of state policy in the field of military burials and military and memorial objects, and also for providing the mode of military burials and military and memorial objects;".
3. Recognize Articles 5 and 6 invalid.
4. In article 26 of change concern only the text in state language.
