About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regarding determination of the non-regulated price of electrical energy

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regarding determination of the non-regulated price of electrical energy.

2. The Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution is applied when calculating of the non-regulated price of electrical energy differentiated on hours of settlement period in the wholesale market determined by results of competitive selection of price requests for the days ahead since settlement period in which such changes became effective.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the 1st following after month of its official publication.
