About introduction of amendments to article 11 of the Law on the digital signature and the electronic document No. 91/2014
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In article 11 of the Law on the digital signature and the electronic document No. 91/2014 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 174-177, 397), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
consider single part part (1);
add Article with part (2) the following content:
"(2) In departure from provisions of Item and) parts (1) signing of the electronic documents containing the data which are the state secret, the strengthened unqualified digital signature persons whose identity and the status according to the Law on the state secret No. 245/2008 are the state secret, from structure of Service of information and safety, the National center for fight against corruption and the Ministry of Internal Affairs within electronic document management in these structures is allowed.".
Art. II. - To the government jointly in six-months time from the date of publication of this law in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to bring the regulations into accord with this law with Service of information and safety.
