1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on compensation of the procedural costs connected with criminal proceeding, costs in connection with consideration of the case by Arbitration Court, civil case, administrative case, and also expenses in connection with fulfillment of requirements of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 1, 2012 No. 1240 "About procedure and the amount of compensation of the procedural costs connected with criminal proceeding, costs in connection with consideration of the case by Arbitration Court, civil case, administrative case, and also expenses in connection with fulfillment of requirements of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and about recognition voided some acts of Council of Ministers of RSFSR and the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 50, Art. 7058; 2013, No. 20, Art. 2504; 2015, No. 1, Art. 257; No. 35, Art. 4983; No. 43, Art. 5978; 2016, No. 7, Art. 974; No. 12, Art. 1656; No. 50, Art. 7095; 2018, No. 6, Art. 890; No. 42, Art. 6457).
2. The changes approved by this resolution extend to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2019.
3. The paid remunerations to lawyers who were involved from January 1, 2019 to day of entry into force of this resolution in criminal cases to destination of the investigator, the investigator or court are subject to recalculation taking into account the changes approved by this resolution.
