About modification of some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In article 25 of the Law on the status of the deputy of Parliament No. 39/1994 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 59-61, 201), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

Art. II. – The law on the status of personnel of office of persons who are taking up responsible state positions, No. 80/2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 117-118, 357), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In part (2) Article 2 of the word "deputies of Parliament", to exclude;

2. Part (11) Article 5 to recognize invalid;

Art. IV. – This law becomes effective on March 1, 2019.
