ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About renaming of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Kazakh state women's pedagogical university" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan

(as amended of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 19.08.2022 No. 581)

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Rename the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Kazakh state women's pedagogical university" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Kazakh national women's pedagogical university" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).

2. To provide to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) submission on approval to Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of corresponding changes in the charter of the company;

2) the state re-registration in judicial authorities;

3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

3. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing and is subject to official publication.
