About modification of article 89 of the Law on public procurements No. 131/2015
This organic law is adopted based on article 106/1 of the Constitution by acceptance on itself the Government of responsibility to Parliament.
Art. I. - Article 89 of the Law on public procurements No. 131/2015 (repeated publication: 2018, Art. No. 424-429, 666), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (4) the following content:
"(4) the Provisions provided by part (6) Articles 13, part (1) Articles 32, parts (3) and (4) Articles 35, part (2) Articles 41, Item c) parts (19) Articles 61, part (5) Articles 65, in the part relating to use of AIS "GRGZ" and electronic means of communication in procedures of public procurements of the medicines and medical devices performed by the central purchasing body become effective since January 1, 2021.".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
