For the purpose of ordering of relations between the power supplying organizations and residential customers during conducting examination of metering devices of the electrical energy at residential customers provided by the Instructions for use electrical energy for the population approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 26, 1999 N 1357, I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on conducting examination of metering devices of electrical energy at residential customers (further - the Provision) which are applied.
2. To department concerning power industry (Ulitich Yu. I.), in accordance with the established procedure to give to the Head legal department (Matveev V. G.) the Provision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy State secretary Andriychuk Yu. A.
