1. Recognize invalid:

a) General regulations on legislative metrology of RGML 01:2016 "Authorization in National system on metrology", approved by the Order of the Ministry of Economics No. 240 of December 28, 2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 92-102, the Art. 623);

b) The order of the Ministry of Economics No. 106 of July 17, 2017 about approval of changes and amendments to General regulations of legislative metrology of RGML 01:2016 "Authorization in National system on metrology" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 265-273, the Art. 1359).

2. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the website of the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure.

3. PU "National Institute of Metrology" post this order on the website and publish in the specialized magazine "Metrologie".

4. This order becomes effective on March 15, 2019.
