About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

For the purpose of enhancement of structure and procedure for the organization of activities of Advisory council under the Government of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2004 No. 260 "About Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation and Regulations on the Russian Government Office" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 23, Art. 2313; 2008, No. 14, Art. 1413; 2015, No. 31, Art. 4692; 2016, No. 31, Art. 5025; No. 37, Art. 5499):

a) add Item 11 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The organization of study of the offers of Advisory council which arrived in the Government under the Government of the Russian Federation (further - Advisory council) and preparation in need of drafts of orders of the Prime Minister and his deputies (according to distribution of obligations) on them are performed by Government office.";

b) in the subitem "zh" of Item 22 of the word "under the Government of the Russian Federation (further-Advisory council)" to exclude;

c) in paragraph three of Item 31 of the word "members of Advisory council" shall be replaced with words "members of board of Advisory council and members of working groups of Advisory council";

d) in the paragraph the second Item 36 of the word "members of Advisory council" shall be replaced with words "members of board of Advisory council and members of working groups of Advisory council";
