About measures for acceleration of development of telecommunication infrastructure in settlements of the Republic of Uzbekistan

In the country complex organizational and technical measures for upgrade and expansion of telecommunication infrastructure are implemented that allows to improve service quality and to increase types of telecommunication services, including scope by networks of mobile communication.

At the same time rates of development of telecommunication infrastructure in the remote and rural settlements, tourist and recreational areas, along main automobile and the railroads, and also networks of wireless broadband Internet access are still insufficient.

For the purpose of elimination of the negative factors influencing the accelerated development of networks of telecommunications, ensuring availability of electronic state services, and also creations of necessary infrastructure for development of digital economy in regions:

1. Determine that:

networks, constructions, means and objects of telecommunications, base stations of mobile communication of operators and providers including established in the leased territories of lessors (further - objects of telecommunications), irrespective of pattern of ownership treat objects of engineering and communication infrastructure;

the construction and acceptance in operation of public, industrial, residential, office buildings and constructions, except for buildings and constructions on which the design estimates are approved till July 1, 2019, without leading of objects of engineering and communication infrastructure, including the cable sewerage, low-current cable mines, the areas and infrastructure for placement of the telecommunication equipment is not allowed;
