About modification of appendix to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 No. 719
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 No. 719 "About confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 30, the Art. 4597).
2. To federal executive bodies in case of the conclusion of special investment contracts in the field of automotive industry after July 1, 2019 to recognize that in case of production at least than 90 percent of wheel vehicles (cars, light commercial vehicles, cargo vehicles, buses) within any calendar year in the field of automotive industry shall be carried out from calendar years of operation of the special investment contract in the territory of the Russian Federation technological transactions (conditions) in total estimated in number of at least 7000 points.
