About modification of some orders of the Government

In pursuance of part (4) articles XXXIV of the Law No. 140/2018 on modification and amendments in some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 309-320, 478) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 937/2014 about approval of the Charter of National cash desk of social insurance (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 345-351, 1012) to make the following changes:

1) in the name and in Item 1 of the resolution the word "charter" in any case shall be replaced with words "Regulations on the organization and functioning" in the corresponding case;

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) in all text:

words "Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family" in any case shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" in the corresponding case;

shall be replaced with words the words "vice-chairmen" in any grammatical form "deputy directors general" in the corresponding grammatical form;

b) state the name in the following edition:

"REGULATIONS on the organization and functioning of National cash desk of social insurance";

c) state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. The national cash desk of social insurance (further - National cash desk) is the central administrative authority subordinated to the Government performing management and management of the state system of social insurance.";

d) in Items 3 and 16 to replace the word "Charter" in any case with the word "Provision" in the corresponding case;
