For the purpose of execution of provisions of the Law No. 133/2008 on social benefit (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 179, the Art. 625) DECIDES: the Government
1. In the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit approved by the Order of the Government No. 1167/2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 189, of the Art. 1173), to make the following changes:
1) the subitem g) Item 27 after the text "benefit for the cold period of year," to add with the text "the one-time help,";
2) in the subitem b) Item 47/1 of figure "1,6" to replace with figures of "1,95".
2. This resolution is applied since December 1, 2018.
