About approval of the list of the nutritional supplements permitted for use in foodstuff

In pursuance of article 4 of the Laws of Ukraine "About quality and safety of foodstuff and food staples" and "About state regulation of agricultural import" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the list of the nutritional supplements permitted for use in foodstuff which it is applied.

2. Determine that the conclusions of the state sanitary and hygienic examination which are earlier approved in accordance with the established procedure concerning use of nutritional supplements are valid for the term of their issue, but no more than for one year from acceptance date of this resolution.
