I. The order of the Ministry of Finance No. 121 of 13.09.2017 about approval of form of the Protocol on offense to change as follows:

1. Appendix No. 1, form of the Protocol on offense:

1.1 Item 12 after the word "IDNP" to add with the text "the home address, phone number".

1.2 In Item 17 "72 hours from the moment of establishment" to replace the text with the text "3 working days from the date of bringing to data of the decision on application of punishment for offense".

1.3 On the back of form of the Protocol on offense:

1.3.1 State Article 34 in the following edition:

"Article 34. Penalty

(1) the Penalty is the cash collection applied in cases and in the limits provided by this code. The penalty is established in conventional units. One conventional unit equals to 50 lei.

(2) the penalty Size for physical persons is established ranging from 1 to 500 conventional units, and for officials - from 10 to 1500 conventional units.
