About change of the Resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2012 No. 156

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2012 No. 156 "About approval of Rules of opening and functioning of objects, supervision of which is assigned to law-enforcement bodies" the following changes:
1.1. state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on subitem 9.17-1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";
1.2. in Item 1:
exclude the word "enclosed";
add with the word "(are applied)";
1.3. in Rules of opening and functioning of objects, supervision of which is assigned to law-enforcement bodies, approved by this resolution:
to exclude from paragraph two of subitem 7.7 of Item 7 of the word "Republic of Belarus";
state Item 21 in the following edition:
"21. The covered shooting shooting galleries shall have bulletproof walls and ceiling.
Half-open shooting shooting galleries shall have bulletproof walls, cross interceptions on top in fire zone and canopies interceptions over firing line.
