1. Litas. b) resolutions on designation of systems which fall under operation of the Law No. 183 of July 22, 2016 on finality of calculations in payment systems and settlement systems for financial instruments to state in the following edition:

"b) The system of Single Central Securities Depository (SETsD), settlement system on securities administered "by SINGLE CENTRAL SECURITIES DEPOSITORY" joint-stock company".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and without delay is brought to the attention of the designated systems by fax, the telephone message or by e-mail.
