About modification of some orders of the Government

Based on the part Item g/1) (1) article 15 of the Law No. 190/2003 on veterans (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 84-86, 392) and articles IV of the Law No. 267/2018 on modification of some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 467-479, 790) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on conditions, procedure for providing, accounting and distribution of the sanatorium permits provided to veterans, approved by the Order of the Government No. 190/2010 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 39-40, 252) to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the word of "Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family" shall be replaced with words "The Ministries of Health, work and social protection";

To add 2) with Items 3/1 - 3/3 following of content:

"3/1. Persons with severe forms of restriction of opportunities owing to war according to article 8 of the Law No. 190/2003 on veterans who according to the conclusion of the National consultation on establishment of restriction of opportunities and working capacity or its territorial structures need the permanent help of other person have the right to maintenance in accordance with the terms of this provision.

Any person having the nationality of the Republic of Moldova which reached 18-year age, expressed consent to be attendant and capable to render services in observation, support and care of the beneficiary during stay on sanatorium treatment can be the attendant.

3/2. In case the attendant of person with severe forms of restriction of opportunities owing to war corresponds to categories of beneficiaries of sanatorium permits and is in queue, the National cash desk of social insurance and/or territorial cash desks of social insurance has the right to issue, according to priority, during the same period the permit to the attendant and person with severe forms of restriction of opportunities owing to war, with observance of conditions of this provision, the queue of the accompanying person remains.
