About entering of amendment into the Law "About Advertising"

Article 1. ZR-55 "About advertizing" to add article 15 of the Law of April 30, 1996 with part 16 of the following content:
"16. Advertizing of services in accomplishment, processing, preparation of the tasks, researches and other practical works (the paper, course, degree, the thesis and other) which are subject to independent accomplishment by the pupil (the pupil, the student, the listener, the researcher) within educational, scientific and research programs is forbidden.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
