Article 1. To add the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) with Article 189.18 of the following content:
"Article 189.18. Advertizing of services in accomplishment, processing, preparation of the tasks, researches and other practical works which are subject to independent accomplishment by the pupil within educational, scientific and research programs
Advertizing of services in accomplishment, processing, preparation of the tasks, researches and other practical works (the paper, course, degree, the thesis and other) which are subject to independent accomplishment by the pupil (the pupil, the student, the listener, the researcher) within educational, scientific and research programs:
attracts infliction of penalty in hundredfold size of minimum wage.".
Article 2. In the second paragraph of article 219.1 of the Code of the word "and 189.12" shall be replaced with words ", 189.12 and 189.18".
Article 3. To add Item 2 of article 223 of the Code after number "189.7" with number", 189.18".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
