About introduction of amendments to the Order No. 387 of July 21, 2014

According to provisions of item 18 of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the General inspectorate of Boundary police approved by the Order of the Government No. 1145 of November 21, 2018 I ORDER:

1. About application by Boundary police of prohibition on entry of foreigners into the Republic of Moldova approved by the Order No. 387 of July 21 2014, to make the following changes to the Instruction:

1) the words "Department of Boundary Police" in any case shall be replaced with words "General inspectorate of Boundary police" in the corresponding case;

3) of Item 2 the word "obviously" to exclude 2) in the subitem;

Item 15 to state 3) in the following edition:

"15. The refusal of the foreigner to sign the decision on application of prohibition on entry into the Republic of Moldova makes sure the signature of one uninterested witness with indication of the information about him (surname, name, phone number) of the Section "Person Refused to Sign";

Appendix No. 1 to be reworded as follows 4) it (is applied).

2. The order inform interested persons.

3. The order becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
