About modification of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of monthly public welfare payments to some categories of the population approved by the Order of the Government No. 470/2006

Based on article 3/1 of the Law No. 121/2001 on additional social protection of some categories of the population (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 51, the Art. 280) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of monthly public welfare payments to some categories of the population approved by the Order of the Government No. 470/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 73-74, 509), to make the following changes:

1) in Item 1 the text "g) and h)" it is replaced with the text "c), e), g) and h)";

2) in Item 2:

c) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"c) to spouses of participants of World War II or the fighting in peace time which died on duty, or the died participants of recovery from the accident on the Chernobyl NPP, or the died persons with limited opportunities owing to war - 250 lei";

in the subitem d) to exclude the words "from among the military personnel and officers of information and safety";

in the subitem е) the text "disabled parents of participants (from among the military personnel and officers of information and safety)" shall be replaced with words "parents of participants", and to replace the text of "the disabled parents consisting divorced" with the text of "the parents consisting divorced";

3) in Item 6 paragraphs of the seventh and eighth to recognize invalid;
