About modification of some orders of the Government
Based on article 85 of the Law No. 181/2014 on public finance and budget and tax responsibility (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 223-230, 519) DECIDES: the Government
1. In Item 6 of the Regulations on activities of military departments under public institutions of higher education approved by the Order of the Government No. 587/2003 (2003, Art. No. 87-90, 616) words of "extrabudgetary funds" shall be replaced with words the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova "the collected income".
2. In the subitem 12) Item 8 of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Defence approved by the Order of the Government No. 692/2017 (2017, Art. No. 322-328, 794) the words "and off-budget" to exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
