About modification of Item 15 of Rules of registration of the ocean ships in the Republic of Moldova approved by the Order of the Government No. 855/2007

Based on part (4) article 31 of the Law No. 599/1999 on approval of the Maritime Code of the Republic of Moldova (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 1-4, 2) DECIDES: the Government

1. Item 15 Corrected registration of the ocean ships in the Republic of Moldova approved by the Order of the Government No. 855/2007 (2007, 895) to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 117-126, in the following edition:

"15. According to provisions of the Maritime Code of the Republic of Moldova, the vessel acquired or constructed in other state acquires the swimming right under the flag of the Republic of Moldova from the moment of entering of the corresponding record into the ship register or the ship book and issues by the Agency of water transport of the interim certificates certifying this right. The specified certificates are valid before completion of the procedure of permanent registration of the vessel and issue of the certificates certifying permanent registration, but no more than six months."
