For the purpose of the accelerated development of pharmaceutical industry, attraction of foreign investments and the leading foreign companies to implementation of investment projects, stimulations of development of innovative pharmaceutical products, expansion of production volumes and the export potential of domestic manufacturers:
1. Agree with offers of the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Economy and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan on transfer:
in structure of the Ministry of Health of the State unitary enterprise of "O" of zmedimpeks" Agencies on development of pharmaceutical industry under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
To agency on development of pharmaceutical industry under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Agency) functions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding implementation of supervision of production, production and wholesale of medicines and products of medical appointment, and also licensing of pharmaceutical activities.
