1. Approve Regulations on procedure for issue by the National commission of regulation of the power industry of licenses for activities connected with the production, transfer and delivery of electrical energy combined by production of heat and electrical energy, production of heat energy on combined heat and power plants and installations with use nonconventional or renewable energy resources which are applied.
2. Authorize the National commission of regulation of power industry in three-months time to approve conditions and corrected implementation of separate types of business activity (licensed conditions) which licensing is within the competence of the Commission.
