About change of the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 26, 2016 No. 763

1. "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 30, 2016 No. 116" to state Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 26, 2016 to No. 763 in the following edition:

"1. Establish the limiting standard rate of profitability when forming cost of works on content, repair and development (construction, reconstruction) of the highways public which are carried out by own forces of the organizations of the state road farm - owners of these roads, in the following sizes:

from June 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020 010 - in the amount of 15 percent to planned cost;

since January 1, 2021 - in the amount of 10 percent to planned cost.".

2. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications to develop procedure for determination of the amounts of the funds allocated for retrofitting by the new equipment of the organizations of the state road farm due to limiting increase in the standard rate of profitability when forming cost of works on content, repair and development (construction, reconstruction) of the highways public which are carried out by own forces of the organizations of the state road farm - owners of these roads, in 2019-2020.

3. This resolution becomes effective since June 1, 2019.
