About change of the Resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of October 11, 2013 No. 39

Based on subitem 6.5 of Item 6 of article 126 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of October 11, 2013 No. 39 "About establishment of form of the conclusion about confirmation of the fact of implementation by the aircraft of foreign airline of the international flight and (or) the international airborne transportation, and also quantity and cost of the realized bunker fuel (on airlines)" the following changes:

1.1. state the name in the following edition:

"About form of the conclusion confirming realization of bunker fuel";

1.2. in preamble:

shall be replaced with words words of "subitem 12.5 of Item 12 of Article 102" "subitem 6.5 of Item 6 of Article 126";

exclude the words "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus";

1.3. in appendix to this resolution of the word "in paragraph eight of part one of subitem 1.1.1 of Item 1 of Article 102" shall be replaced with words "in subitem 1.9 of Item 1 of Article 122".

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
