About modification of Rules of determination by the organizer of gamblings in bookmaker office of calculation basis of target assignments from gamblings

Bring in the Rules of determination by the organizer of gamblings in bookmaker office of calculation basis of target assignments from gamblings approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 31, 2017 No. 386 "About approval of Rules of determination by the organizer of gamblings in bookmaker office of calculation basis of target assignments from gamblings" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 15, the Art. 2217), the following changes:
a) state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. The calculation basis of target assignments is created following the results of the conclusion by the organizer of the usage agreement of symbolics, names of sports competitions to subjects of professional sport, namely with the all-Russian sports federations organizing sports competitions, the professional sports leagues organizing professional sports competitions concerning which the organizer accepts rates, interactive rates.";
b) state item 4 in the following edition:
"4. Calculation basis of target assignments is income gained within quarter by the organizer from activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings regarding acceptance of rates, interactive rates concerning the sports competitions organized by the subject of professional sport based on the agreement specified in Item 2 of these rules. At the same time under the income the positive difference between the amount of rates, the interactive rates made by participants of gamblings concerning the sports competitions organized by the subject of professional sport on which there came the result of gambling, and the prizes paid to them is recognized.".
