About modification of some orders of the Government

Based on Article 184-3 and part (7) Article 215/4 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149/2000 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, the special edition of January 1, 2007) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 647/2014 about enforcement of provisions of Chapters 27/1 and 28/1 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 238-246, 695) to make the following changes:

The text "Regulations on special conditions of use of the simplified procedures in case of certain customs regimes according to appendix No. 2" to replace 1) in Item 1 of the resolution with the text "Regulations on the procedure of issue, suspension of action, response and cancellation of permission to use of the simplified procedures, according to appendix No. 2";

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) in Item 5 the first offer to exclude;

b) in Item 8 of the word "the declaration under own responsibility" to exclude;

c) in Item 10 in the second offer to replace the word of "control" with the word "considerations";

d) in Item 11 to replace the word of "control" with the word "checks", and to replace the word "its" with the word "its";

e) in Item 12 to replace the word of "control" with the word "checks";

f) add with Item 19/1 of the following content:

"19/1. The owner of permission of AEO in writing notifies Customs Service on any changes in its activities which can influence observance or content of permission of AEO. The list of necessary information which shall be reported is established by Customs Service and published on its official website.";
