About change of the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 9, 2008 No. 1488
Based on Item 3 of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2008 "About professional pension insurance" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 322-Z
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 9, 2008 No. 1488 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for calculation of professional years of service for determination of the right to early professional pension" the following changes:
1.1. in preamble of the word of "2008" shall be replaced with words "2008 No. 322-Z";
1.2. in Regulations on the procedure for calculation of professional years of service for determination of the right to early professional pension approved by this resolution:
in Item 1 of the word "of January 5, 2008 " about professional pension insurance " (the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 16, 2/1419)" shall be replaced with words "About professional pension insurance";
add Item 3 with parts of the following content:
"The periods (period) of work after January 1, 2009 during which because of the employer certification of workplaces under the terms of work is not carried out join in professional years of service taking into account the authorized representative of labor union of the conclusion prepared by bodies of state examination of working conditions with participation by results of examination of working conditions on workplaces for establishment of the actual employment at works with special working conditions of the workers specified in subitems 1. 1, 1.2, 1.7 of Item 1 of article 5 of the Law, on condition of payment by the employer for these periods of fees on professional pension insurance.
