Rules of cost determination of works on confirmation of conformity in legislatively regulated sphere

1. All works on confirmation of conformity in legislatively regulated sphere are paid domestic or foreign by the producer (supplier) of products (goods, works, services) at the expense of own means.

2. The cost of works on confirmation of conformity to specific type of products, quality systems, quality management systems, management systems by the environment, personnel is established by the appointed conformity assessment body according to these Rules and affirms their head.

3. Are subject to payment:

decision making according to the request;

the analysis of technical documentation (if it is provided by technical regulations);

sampling of products, their identification and testing;

assessment of condition of production, the quality system (if it is provided by technical regulations);

the analysis of the received results and decision making about issue (refusal in issue) the certificate of conformity;

issue of the certificate of conformity and appendices to it;

implementation of inspection (technical) supervision of the certified products (if it is provided by technical regulations).
