About fish, other water live resources and food products from them
This Law determines the main legal and organizational quality principles and safety of the fish, other water live resources made of them food products for life and health of the population and the prevention of negative impact on the environment in case of catch, conversion, packing and movement through customs border of Ukraine.
In this Law terms are used in the following value:
the paragraph two of Article 1 is excluded according to the Law of Ukraine of 05.09.2013 No. 442-VII
the veterinary certificate or the veterinary reference - the document issued in accordance with the established procedure confirming compliance of specific batch of products of fishing to requirements of veterinary and sanitary safety.
When implementing export of products of fishing and food products from them the veterinary certificate is subject to exchange for the international veterinary certificate;
critical points of production - stages or transactions in the course of production of food products during which monitoring procedure warns possibility of production of low-quality or dangerous products;
batch of the grown-up live fish or other water live resources - quantity of fish or other water live resources which are grown up in separate pond, other water object (its site) irrespective of water amount in them and their area;
batch of products of fishing - quantity of products of fishing of one name, the grade, one subject of managing withdrawn during no more than five next dates and drawn up by one quality certificate;
batch of food products - product quantity of one name, grade, one subject of managing, made during no more than five next dates and drawn up by the quality certificate. The batch shall not exceed load-carrying capacity of specially equipped: one rail car, one hold of the fishing vessel, tanker or tank, etc.;
processing industry - complex of buildings, mechanisms, engineering procedures, etc. for implementation of conversion of products of fishing;
