Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 16, 1998 No. 102-FZ "About mortgage (pledge of the real estate)" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 29, Art. 3400; 2002, No. 7, Art. 629; 2004, No. 6, Art. 406; 2006, No. 50, Art. 5279; No. 52, Art. 5498; 2008, No. 20, Art. 2251; No. 52, Art. 6219; 2009, No. 1, Art. 14; 2011, No. 50, Art. 7347; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4218; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4294) following changes:

1) in Article 54:

a) add Item 2 with the subitem 7 of the following content:

"7) measures for ensuring interests of the producer of agricultural products using the pledged parcel of land from structure of lands of agricultural purpose, including condition of use of such parcel of land taking into account seasonality of agricultural production and its dependence on climatic conditions, and also possibility of receipt of the income by the producer of agricultural products using such parcel of land upon termination of the corresponding period of agricultural works.";

b) third Item 3 to declare the paragraph invalid;

Item 2 of Article 67 to add 2) with the offer of the following content: "The mortgage cost of the parcel of land from structure of lands of agricultural purpose can be determined by the agreement of the pledger with the pawnbroker proceeding from its cadastral cost without evaluating market value of such parcel of land.";

3) in Article 68:
