1) in Article 1:
a) to add Item 2 after the word "document" with the words "in electronic form, and in the cases provided by this Federal Law, also on paper";
b) to add Item 3 after the words "on obtaining" with the words "or renewal of the certificate";
c) state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5) area of accreditation - activities for carrying out technical inspection of certain category of vehicles and (or) types of urban land electric transportation concerning which the operator of technical inspection has the right to perform technical inspection in Items of technical inspection or with use of portable diagnostic lines;";
d) state Item 9 in the following edition:
"9) effective period of the diagnostic card - the period from the date of design of the diagnostic card in the single automated information system of technical inspection containing data on vehicle compliance to mandatory requirements of safety of vehicles about one day no later than which the vehicle owner shall provide its representation for carrying out the next technical inspection;";
