The gradation of weight of horns of the hoofed hunting animal normalized types with skull without the lower jaw for determination of the amount of payment for permissions to production of hunting animal for foreign citizens can be established by users of hunting grounds independently, at the same time extreme minimum values of weight in gradation cannot be established below the values specified in subitems 2.2. 4, 2.3.4, 2.4.4 and 2.5.4 of Item 2 of appendix 3 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2018 No. 454.
