1) in Article 1.2:

a) Item 2.1 in paragraph one after words of "Tax Code of the Russian Federation" to add with words "services in the field of housing and communal services (including services of the resource supplying organizations), services of protection and systems of safety, service in the field of education,", to exclude the words "within a day or", shall be replaced with words words of "the first working day, the following" "ten calendar days following";
