About modification of appendix to the Order of Customs Service No. 216-O of July 23, 2016 "About classification of wood and polymeric composite of WPC"
For the purpose of single classification of homogeneous goods, effective customs control of the goods crossing border of the Republic of Moldova, their identification according to the Combined commodity nomenclature approved by the Law No. 172 of July 25, 2014 (Monitorul oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2014, No. 231-237/529), and also based on Article 141-2 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149-XIV of 20.07.2000 (переопубликован in Monitorul oficial al Republicii Moldova, special release of January 1 2007), with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER:
1. Methodology of classification of wood and polymeric composite of WPC approved by the Order No. 216-O of 23:07. To change 2016, as follows:

"The wood and polymeric composite of WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) represents the composition material consisting of wood flour (of 40-90%), thermoplastic polymers (polyvinylchloride, polypropylene, polyethylene, etc.), stabilizers, dyes, etc. Wood flour turns out from wood sawdust or vegetable fibers, such as hemp, straw, peel, nutshell, production wastes of vegetable oils, etc.
The wood and polymeric composite is made as follows:
the wood and/or vegetable elements which are thinly crushed mix up with thermoplastic polymers and additives modifiers. In the course of copolymerization the composition heats up to reach almost liquid state. At the following stage hot fusion under high pressure gets to extruder which leaves ready-made product of certain form".
2. To assign execution of this order to chiefs of customs.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in Monitorul oficial al Republicii Moldova.
