About introduction of amendments to the Agreement on procedure for customs clearance and customs control of the goods moved between the State Parties of the Agreement on creation of the free trade area of October 8, 1999
The governments of the State Parties of the Agreement on procedure for customs clearance and customs control of the goods moved between the State Parties of the Agreement on creation of the free trade area, of October 8, 1999 (further - the Agreement), hereinafter referred to as with the Parties,
agreed as follows:
Make the following changes to the Agreement:
1. To state paragraph two of preamble in the following edition: "in view of provisions of the Agreement on creation of the free trade area of April 15, 1994, the Protocol on modification and amendments to it of April 2, 1999 and the Agreement on the free trade area of October 18, 2011".
2. Third Article 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition: "simplification of customs procedures concerning the goods occurring from the territories of the State Parties of the CIS (according to the Rules of determination of the country of goods' origin approved by the Decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government of September 24, 1993, taking into account edition of Item 9, brought by the Decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government of October 18, 1996, and the Rules of determination of the country of goods' origin which are integral part of the Agreement on Rules of determination of the country of goods' origin in the Commonwealth of Independent States of November 20, 2009), without causing damage to national interests of each of the specified states".
3. To state Item 1 of Article 3 in the following edition:
"1. This agreement is applied by the State Parties of the Agreement on creation of the free trade area of April 15, 1994, the Protocol on modification and amendments to it of April 2, 1999 or the Agreement on the free trade area of October 18, 2011".
4. State Article 6 in the following edition:
